• Lace- Daisy's Vintage Zibbet Shop
• Flowers & pearls- Recollections
• Sentiment- "Card Word Puzzle" CTMH
• Flourish border on sentiment- "Eclectic Edges" CTMH
• Inked & stamped with Gray Wool, CTMH

I'm usually not good with sketches that have a lot of little elements and squares, etc. but this one was great! I basically just looked through my scraps to find the paper I wanted to use and voila! I always seem to use lace whenever I see a scallop border. I have to use my massive hoard of lace somehow! I added the flowers just because I felt like it. :P

To make this card, I used:

• Glitz Design "Pretty in Pink" striped paper
• CTMH "Lucy" pink lace paper
• Sentiment- "Party all day" by Unity
• Lace from Creating is Fun
• Misc. pearls

{The shape was cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge}


I liked this sketch a lot because I got to use my two favorite things: LACE & PEARLS :)
It was a little challenging at first, but as soon as I had my paper & embellishments picked out, it went pretty fast! That's always the hardest part.

Here's my other exciting news: I was picked to be May's Guest Design Team member for Creating is Fun!
I'm super excited to be on Martha's team for the month. I will be using some of her uber cute lace {found here on her Zibbet shop} to create some cards & other fun projects, so stay tuned!

A couple cards!

I have been pretty busy lately & haven't been making any cards until today!

Here's the first one

I entered this into a Guest Design Team call for Creating is Fun.

Here's what I used:

Just wanted to share a few things I made this week:
